Veggie burger & Roots’n’Green burger
For all our vegetarian and vegan friends, we have made something special for you.
The Danish culinary kitchen is worldwide famous. One of the reason to this is our fantastic great vegetables that grows in the nature. For making the patty we are using a celiaric root – in Danish “Knoldselleri”. This is a root that is used in a lot of Danish traditional dishes. BOB have scrubbed it, peeled, chubbed it, seasoned it, baked it and finally seared it just before serving.
What can you expect?
First of all – 100% natural and organic patty, made from local vegetable.
It will not taste as beef. Or look like beef. But you will get a taste of Danish nature and our classic culinary traditions, in a fantastic combination with our other great ingredients.
For the roots’n’green we have also made a glutenfree vegan bun – organic, homemade and tasteful. And our vegan chilimayo.
But why?
Because at BOBS we respect our guests, and we will not serve anything that we dont like or can be responsible for. It would be much easier to just buy a finished “vegan” product from a supplier. But then we would be servering more chemicals and food additives. And that is not BOBS mission.
