Bob’s real name is Robin. Robins parents had several burgerbars and other places, that he worked in while growing up in the 80ies. After highschool, a military carriere and some time abroad in Spain, Robin decided to go to culinary school. This was completed in Copenhagen on some of the best restaurant in the city. After working a few years in different restaurants, he took over a restaurant that had collapsed. Tapasbaren was transformed an became the best Spanish tapas place in town. After running it for 5 years, he made BØF – one of the best steak restaurants in town. In 2018 he sold this to a competing company because he wanted to be there for his kids growing up.
Then he started Just Serve It – a cocktail catering company for every party – with premade cocktails. Again a big succes. When corona hit Denmark and closed everything down – he changed the cocktail concepts to bottles – and sold it to companies who had their staff working from home. Another succes – and the reason why his company is still here.
After the lockdown it was business as usual – but the old location in Dronningens tværgade was given back to him again, after it had been rented out. A burger place was maybe an easy task with his resumé – but he did it. Decision was made in christmas 2022… 5 january he was open with just 1 burger the first month.
Bob’s streetfood was born of the idea to have several concepts under 1 roof. So now you can get great burgers, handmade organic empanadas and cocktails from Just Serve It.
Now the place is busy with full staff, we have a foodtrailer for many festivals and many more things to come.
